GATTA-RESI brings RESI to your microscope

GATTAquant is proud to introduce GATTA-RESI, a new addition to its portfolio of DNA origami based nanorulers for localization-based super-resolution microscopy.

GATTA-RESI is based on RESI (Resolution Enhancement by Sequential Imaging), a DNA-PAINT technique in which neighbouring docking sites carry orthogonal DNA sequences and are imaged one after another. By combining all localizations of each docking site, the localization precision is improved far beyond conventional DNA-PAINT, using standard widefield or TIRF microscopes.

Each GATTA-RESI nanoruler carries six pairs of docking sites placed only 6 nm apart. Integrated DNA-PAINT based fiducial markers enable precise drift correction and the alignment of the sequential imaging rounds. All required imagers are included, so users can start their first RESI experiments right away. For even smaller distances, we offer custom nanorulers tailored to your specific requirements.

The launch of GATTA-RESI underscores GATTAquant's commitment to delivering innovative, high-precision standards that keep pace with the latest developments in super-resolution microscopy and empower researchers to validate their imaging systems at the nanoscale.
