GATTAquant is proud to introduce the GATTA-PAINT 3D Tower, a new addition to its portfolio of DNA origami–based nanorulers for localization-based super-resolution microscopy.

Designed for advanced 3D imaging applications, the GATTA-PAINT 3D Tower provides a well-defined nanoscale reference structure that enables precise evaluation of axial resolution and optical performance. Built on proven DNA-PAINT technology, the system benefits from controlled blinking kinetics and is largely free of photobleaching, ensuring stable and reproducible measurements.

With its sophisticated three-dimensional architecture, the 3D Tower expands beyond conventional nanoruler designs, supporting improved benchmarking of modern microscopy setups and facilitating accurate calibration in the z-dimension—one of the key challenges in super-resolution imaging.
