In this demonstration, our DNA-origami-based nanorulers were imaged with remarkable clarity, resolving a 6 nm step width and 2 nm height. This result highlights the precision and sensitivity of the DriveAFM system and confirms the suitability of GATTA-AFM nanorulers for high-resolution performance validation.
