New super-resolution ButtonGATTA-PAINT 3D Tower

3D nanorulers from the GATTA-PAINT series are ideal resolution standards for any type of 3D localization-based super-resolution microscope. Due to the blinking kinetics provided by DNA-PAINT technology, the samples exhibit minimal photobleaching. Each sample consists of a tower structure on which two pairs of spots (40 nm apart in the xy-plane) are positioned 60 nm apart along the z-axis. This design allows users to assess the system’s axial (z) resolution.

We offer the GATTA-PAINT 3D Tower in red (ATTO 655) and yellow (Cy3B).

New super-resolution Button GATTA-PAINT 3D Tower for higher temperature measuremnts

DNA-PAINT measurements are typically performed on microscopy platforms at room temperature (21–25 °C). However, certain advanced systems (e.g., ONI Nanoimager, ONI Aplo Scope, among others) are equipped with temperature-controlled stages that operate at elevated temperatures (29–31 °C). These conditions significantly influence DNA-PAINT kinetics, accelerating the binding and unbinding rates of imager strands and thereby compromising the detection of reliable localization events.

To address this challenge, we offer specialized GATTA-PAINT HEAT nanorulers, engineered for temperature-optimized performance. These standards enable robust and reproducible measurements under elevated stage temperatures, ensuring consistent DNA-PAINT imaging quality across a wider range of experimental conditions.
