Confocal super-resolution down to 140 nm

By embedding industry leading SVI Huygens deconvolution software in the workflow HyVolution provides confocal super-resolution down to 140 nm and doubles the resolution in axial direction.

HyVolution resolves a nanoruler, such as DNA origami that has a defined 140 nm fluorophore spacing, while traditional confocal imaging does not.
